NOTICE

Please be guided that the List of Registrants serves as confirmation that the NRSP has fulfilled its legal obligation to register with the SVGFIU pursuant to section 155(1) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2013 and goes NO FURTHER in providing an indication as to the level of compliance by the Registrant with their other AML/CFT legal obligations.

NRSPs which have submitted incomplete registration packages or have other matters under review, will not appear on this List. Upon satisfaction of the necessary criteria they will be added to the List of Registrants.
